Click on the image to view the Lloyd Ballet Class Printable Booklet, which will fit into a CD case. In a separate window, a pdf file will open, which can be downloaded by choosing "Save" or "Save as..." in your browser. The document, which will appear “sideways” on the screen, is formatted to print on both sides of a standard 8.5 x 11 inch sheet. On the first page, a rectangle is provided to aid in cutting out what will be the booklet, which can then be folded and inserted into the case.
